Refund policy

We pledge the best possible service, with prompt attention to your needs. Anything you buy from us that is found to be defective when you receive it will be replaced (same title) if returned within 30 days. (Naturally, this applies to discontinued items only if the original title remains in stock. If it does not, substitution of another title of your choice may have to be made.)
