11TH HOUR - Silence The Stones
Award-winning Gospel music trio 11th Hour returns with their newest album, "Silence The Stones." After four consecutive #1 radio hits from the group's two previous releases, 11th Hour continues to deliver their deep-south style with the flair of today's modern Gospel music.
This energetic and highly gifted group consists of founding member and lead vocalist Amber Eppinette, tenor Grant Gibson and alto Jaquita Lindsey. Together, they have blended a variety of their musical influences and styles they grew up with and love. The result is an exciting playlist of outstanding music. The electrifying threesome has stirred a genuine and fresh excitement among many Gospel music lovers.
The album kicks off with its first radio single, the swampy-sounding "Doin' What's Right," reminding us of the trio's vocal power and the beauty of their sibling-like harmonies. The high energy delivery of "My God Will Deliver Me," with it's musical drive and powerful lyrics, puts the spotlight on the trio's male vocal powerhouse Grant Gibson. Amber Eppinette enshrines the tradition of classic Southern Spirituals with "I'd Like to Meet the Preacher." This story song is a reminder of those people in the past that have shown the way forward. Amber also lends her hand in the writing department with Kenna West and Jason Cox on the stirring title cut, "Silence the Stones." The album closes with "Let Grace In," a beautiful, moving lyric and delivery from Jaquita Lindsey which follows the album's message that no matter the hurt or pain life might bring, "Tell yourself to start again; You can experience God's mercy when you let grace in."
With the strength of this song list and the incredible power of their vocals, 11th Hour brings another instant classic with "Silence The Stones."
